Platform: SLAP (slap.trymbkm.com)
Operator: TRYMBKM
This notice explains how SLAP processes screenshots, prompts, account data, moderation inputs, and analytics data in connection with AI-powered features. It supplements the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Cookie Policy.
1. Overview
- SLAP uses Google Gemini models for report generation and moderation workflows.
- AI processing occurs server-side after you submit screenshots or other inputs.
- Uploaded screenshot files are stored temporarily for processing and deleted from temporary upload storage after analysis completes.
- Derived outputs such as reports, extracted text, scores, and moderation outcomes may remain in your account until you delete them or your account is deleted, subject to legal retention needs.
- User content submitted for processing is not used by TRYMBKM to advertise to you or build behavioral profiles.
2. AI Providers and Uses
- Google Gemini: screenshot transcription, conversational analysis, scoring inputs, report generation, and moderation review.
- Google OAuth: account sign-in and identity verification for users who choose Google authentication.
- Google Analytics: optional aggregated website analytics, activated only if you consent.
3. Data Sent for AI Processing
- Uploaded screenshots and any visible text inside them.
- User-provided context or optional notes submitted with an analysis request.
- Content submitted for Hall of Shame moderation or related abuse-review workflows.
- Operational metadata needed to fulfill the request, such as report identifiers and authenticated user context.
Payment card data is not sent through SLAP's AI pipeline. Payments are handled separately by Razorpay.
4. Processing Flow
- You upload screenshots or submit text through the platform.
- The backend stores the uploaded files in temporary upload storage and prepares them for analysis.
- The backend sends the relevant content to Google Gemini to generate analysis or moderation output.
- SLAP stores the resulting report or moderation decision in its own systems for your account or the relevant workflow.
- The backend deletes the temporary uploaded files after processing, even if the analysis request fails.
5. Safeguards
- Uploaded files are subject to file-count and size limits.
- Private user-submitted context strings used for AI analysis are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
- Password-based credentials are hashed using bcrypt with cost factor 12.
- Access to account data and internal tools is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate operational, support, moderation, or legal need.
- Logs are filtered to reduce exposure of sensitive content and identifiers where possible.
6. AI Limitations
AI outputs are probabilistic. They can be incomplete, mistaken, overly confident, or wrong. SLAP's reports, scores, and classifications are informational outputs only.
They are not legal advice, medical advice, mental-health advice, therapy, diagnosis, evidence certification, or a substitute for qualified human judgment.
7. Analytics and Consent
SLAP uses essential cookies for authentication and platform operation. Optional Google Analytics tracking is disabled by default and is only enabled after you choose to accept analytics cookies.
You can refuse analytics cookies, continue using essential cookies only, or change your choice later by clearing site storage and revisiting the banner.
8. Retention
- Temporary uploaded screenshot files are deleted after processing.
- Generated reports and related analysis data remain in your account until you delete them or your account is fully deleted.
- Account deletion requests enter a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion is completed.
- Hall of Shame contributions may be preserved after account deletion but disassociated from the deleted account and displayed as from a deleted user.
9. International Processing
Some processors used by SLAP operate outside India. Your data may therefore be processed in jurisdictions where those providers operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
10. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal data connected to SLAP's AI processing.
